Price was very reasonable compared with buying new. Service was fast. Had a problem with the double battery holding a charge. Terry quickly shipped me a replacement. Machine worked perfectly while walking through 3 airports and walking around Reno (higher altitude).

Our daughter was dependent on carrying green bottles around when she was out of the house. The Inogen G5 Oxygen Concentrater, with 6 hour battery is lighter, more portable and gives her the freedom to be out in public with her wheelchair. The customer service agent (Terry Madison?) was knowledgeable and very helpful. A great service at a great price! One month satisfied users.

I am so happy to have found Respiration Nation. Top notch folks. Terry was patient in answering all of my questions. I am using the unit for aviation purposes, so not typical. He was familiar with my use case and was quick to ship the unit. I had an opportunity to fly with it and as a pilot it’s wonderful to fly at altitude and have 99-100% o2 sat. Now, I no longer have to carry around oxygen bottles and worry about refilling them. Thank you for the great help!
